These Terms of Use apply to the ConcordMeds website at concordmeds.com and to registration for ConcordMeds early access.

ConcordMeds is currently in development. These terms do not represent terms for a finished medication-management application or clinical service. Additional terms may apply before any application or new feature is made available.

1. Informational purpose only

Content on the ConcordMeds website is provided for general educational and informational purposes. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, or a substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional.

Do not start, stop, reduce, increase, or otherwise change medication based only on information from this website.

2. Medication safety information

ConcordMeds may discuss medication reconciliation, medication safety, screening criteria, potential medication concerns, and questions that may be worth discussing with a healthcare professional.

A potential concern or screening result does not mean that a medicine is inappropriate, unsafe, or should be discontinued for a particular person. Medication decisions require professional review of the person's full clinical circumstances.

3. Early-access registration

Joining the ConcordMeds early-access list does not guarantee access to the product, a particular launch date, participation in testing, or continued availability of any feature.

We may change, delay, limit, or discontinue early-access plans as the product develops.

4. Do not submit health information through the waitlist

The early-access form is intended only for email registration. Do not submit medication names, medical records, diagnoses, health conditions, or other health information through the waitlist form.

5. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You must not intentionally interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content, misuse automated systems, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Accuracy and availability

We aim to keep ConcordMeds content accurate and based on reliable sources, but healthcare information can change and may not cover every individual circumstance.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

7. Third-party information and links

The website may link to government agencies, clinical organizations, publishers, and other third-party resources. Those websites are operated independently, and ConcordMeds is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

Information submitted through the early-access form is handled as described in theConcordMeds Privacy Notice.

We may update these terms as ConcordMeds develops or as website features change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are published.
